
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy for Bungalows, Apartments and Rooms
(For bookings without cancellation insurance)
Low Season
(except public holidays, long weekends, Easter, from June 23rd to September 11th, and Christmas)
Cancellations more than 15 days before the arrival date:
Refund of 100% of the amount paid, minus €10 as cancellation fees.
Alternatively, 100% of the amount paid may be kept, without penalty, for a future stay within the following 12 months.
Cancellations between 15 and 8 days before the arrival date:
Refund of 50% of the amount paid, or
Retention of 100% of the amount paid, without penalty, for a future stay within the following 12 months.
Cancellations 7 days or less before the arrival date:
No refund and no right to retain the amount for future stays.
High Season (HS)
(public holidays, long weekends, Easter, from June 20th to September 13th, and Christmas)
Cancellations more than 30 days before the arrival date:
The customer may choose between:
- A refund of the amount paid, retaining €150 as cancellation and date-blocking fees, or
- Retention of 100% of the amount paid for a future stay within the following 12 months.
Cancellations between 30 and 16 days before arrival:
The amount paid will be retained for a future stay within the following 12 months, applying a fixed penalty of €150.
Cancellations 15 days or less before the arrival date:
No refund and no right to retain the amount for future stays.
Cancellation Policy for PITCHES
(For bookings without Catalana Occident cancellation insurance)
Low Season (LS)
(except public holidays, long weekends, Easter, from June 23rd to September 11th, and Christmas)
Cancellations more than 15 days before the arrival date:
95% of the amount paid will be refunded, retaining 5% as cancellation fees.
Cancellations between 15 and 7 days before the arrival date:
50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations less than 7 days before the arrival date:
No refund and no right to retain the amount for future stays.
High Season (HS)
(public holidays, long weekends, Easter, from June 20th to September 13th, and Christmas)
Cancellations more than 15 days before the arrival date:
50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations 15 days or less before arrival:
No refund and no right to retain the amount for future stays.
Exceptionally, and only in duly justified cases, the campsite may consider a partial retention of the amount paid for a future stay. This shall never replace or be equivalent to the purchase of cancellation insurance, nor generate any automatic right for the customer, and will always be at the sole discretion of the campsite.
Monthly Pitch Rate
Early departures prior to the date indicated in the initial booking must be notified at least 60 days in advance.
Otherwise, the full contracted fees must be paid.
Specific Information for PITCH Bookings
Insurance and Mandatory Documentation (Pitches)
It is mandatory to have Civil Liability Insurance for caravans.
If a gas installation is present, a copy of the corresponding Periodic Inspection Certificate and the valid insurance policy must be provided.
General Changes and General Conditions (Accommodation and Pitches)
Any booking modification must be requested in writing at least 15 days prior to the arrival date.
All modifications are subject to availability and the rates in force at the time of the change.
If the modification results in a higher price, the corresponding difference must be paid.
No refunds or compensation will be issued if the new rate is lower than the original booking rate.
Changing dates is considered a new booking and is subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
In case of early departure, the amount corresponding to unused nights will not be refunded.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 days following the cancellation date.
Weather conditions are not grounds for cancellation.
Booking and Payment
Bookings are personal and non-transferable.
To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount (minimum €75) or 50% in high season is required.
The remaining balance must be paid at check-in or via online check-in. €500 banknotes are not accepted.
No discount or refund will be granted for late arrival or early departure compared to the booked dates.
Càmping Els Roures reserves the right to cancel or modify the booking or contract within 48 hours from the time it is made. In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and any deposit paid will be fully refunded.
The campsite reserves the right to change the assigned pitch, even if a specific pitch number has been previously confirmed, for operational or organizational reasons.
Late Arrivals and No Show
If the customer does not arrive (No Show) after 22:00 on the arrival date, and no prior written notice has been received, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
In such cases, the campsite reserves the right to resell the accommodation or pitch.
In case of No Show, no refund, discount, or credit for future stays will be granted.
Cancellation Insurance (Occident)
This insurance does not allow free cancellation.
It only covers the specific circumstances listed in the insurance policy (illness, accident, justified cause, etc.).
In the event of cancellation with insurance, only the policy conditions apply, not the campsite’s general cancellation policy.
By purchasing the Catalana Occident cancellation insurance, only the conditions established in the policy shall apply.

Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in
Accommodation: from 16:00. During Easter and summer season, check-in starts at 17:00.
Pitches: from 13:00.
For other check-in options, prior consultation with reception is required.
Check-out
Accommodation and pitches: until 12:00. During Easter and summer season, check-out is until 11:00.
For other check-out options, please consult reception in advance.
Occupancy and Rates
For safety reasons, exceeding the maximum occupancy allowed for each accommodation type is strictly prohibited.
All occupants count, including babies and children.
Children aged 3 years or older (turned 3 during the stay) are charged as extra persons, even if sharing a bed.
Maximum capacity may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
The final rate depends directly on the number of guests registered in the booking.
Use of the sofa as an extra bed involves a surcharge for all nights of the stay, regardless of whether bed linen is rented.
If traveling with a pet, this must be declared at the time of booking and an accommodation that allows pets must be selected. Otherwise, the campsite reserves the right to refuse the stay, cancel the booking, or relocate the guest to a pet-friendly accommodation, subject to availability and applicable rate differences.
Bed Linen Changes (only for accommodations that include bed linen)
One bed linen change is included for stays longer than 8 nights, carried out approximately midway through the stay. Reception will inform the guest of the date and time.
Any additional bed linen change will incur an extra charge according to the current rate, regardless of the reason.
Alternatively, guests may purchase tokens to use the campsite’s laundry facilities.
Deposit
For certain accommodations, a deposit of €100, or €150 for stays with pets, may be required to guarantee proper use of the accommodation.
The deposit will be managed via a charge to the credit card, either through online check-in or upon arrival.
The deposit will be refunded within 8 calendar days after departure, provided the accommodation is returned in the same condition of cleanliness and state as upon arrival.
If damages, missing items, excessive dirt, or disorder are detected, the campsite reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit.

Pet Policy
Pets are allowed on pitches and only in some bungalows, provided this is correctly declared at the time of booking. A supplement always applies.
Maximum pet weight: 20 kg.
Pets must be properly identified, insured for civil liability, and have a valid health certificate.
Pets must always be kept on a leash, including within the pitch or bungalow exterior area. Pets may not be left alone in accommodations or pitches.
Pets must be walked outside the campsite to relieve themselves; campsite roads are not designated pet-walking areas. Pets must not disturb other guests.
Potentially Dangerous Dogs (PPP)
Dogs classified as potentially dangerous (PPP), or their crossbreeds, are not permitted in accordance with current spanish legislation.
Pets that, although not listed as PPP in their documentation, display clearly similar physical characteristics (robust head and jaw, very strong musculature, wide chest, etc.) will also not be accepted.
For mixed-breed dogs, the campsite reserves the right to request a photograph of the animal before or after confirmation of the booking and to accept or cancel the booking at the campsite’s discretion if the dog is considered potentially dangerous.
Facilities and Services
Spa – Wellness
Access with surcharge.
Advance reservation required at reception, at least 2 hours in advance.
Access permitted from 3 years of age.
Family time slots and adults-only time slots available.
Outdoor Pool
Open from June 20th to September 6th.
Service Availability
Some services and facilities may be affected during the season due to force majeure, maintenance work, or capacity control.
Accommodation prices remain unchanged regardless of available services, and no compensation or refunds will be granted.
Facility Opening Hours
(bar, restaurant, supermarket, spa-wellness, cinema, games room, etc.)
Low season (weekdays): facilities closed.
Low season (weekends): facilities open from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.
High season (public holidays, Easter, Christmas): facilities open daily.

Spa – Wellness Hours
Low season: open Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings.
High season: open every afternoon.
Schedules may change without prior notice; please consult reception.
Massage Service
If booking a massage or physiotherapy service, the guest must contact the therapist directly to schedule the appointment:

Reception does not manage these bookings.
Massage cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, no refund or compensation will be granted.
