What time can we check into the accommodation (CHECK-IN)?
Check-in time for accommodations is from 4:00 PM. However, during Easter and summer, this time is extended until 5:00 PM. If you are staying on a pitch, check-in is from 1:00 PM.
Please check with reception in advance for the possibility of early check-in (in low season) by paying the corresponding supplement.

Can the maximum capacity of people in an accommodation be exceeded?
For safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum number of occupants for the reserved accommodation type. A baby or child counts as a person and as an occupant.

Do we need to bring bed linen?

  • Bed linen is included in all Bungalows.
  • Bed linen is not included in the Nordic Apartments.
  • Towels are not included in any accommodation, except in the hostel rooms, where both bed linen and towels are included.

How does cleaning work in the accommodations?
Camping Els Roures does not offer a cleaning service during the stay. The accommodation must be returned in good condition (trash removed, no residues or damage, and furniture in its original position). Don’t forget to collect all your belongings.

  • Bed linen change: For stays longer than 8 nights, a change of sheets is provided halfway through the stay. For additional changes, an extra fee will apply according to the current rate.

Are there cleaning or bathroom products in the accommodation?

  • Bathroom products: No toiletries are provided in any accommodation. However, two rolls of toilet paper are provided as a courtesy.
  • Cleaning products: A kitchen cleaning kit is provided, including a sponge, soap, cloth, trash bag, and one dishwasher tablet (in all accommodations with kitchens).
  • All Bungalows and Apartments have a broom, mop, and bucket.

Is there air conditioning and heating?

  • The Bungalows do not have air conditioning. Only the Nordic Apartments have AIR CONDITIONING (for summer use).
  • All accommodations have HEATING and come with duvet covers.

Is there a coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, hairdryer, blender, etc.?

  • Coffee Maker: All Bungalows and Nordic Apartments have a Nespresso coffee machine, except the Natura Bungalows for 2 people, which have an Italian coffee maker.
  • Dishwasher: All Bungalows and Nordic Apartments have a dishwasher, except the Natura Bungalows for 2 people.
  • Microwave: All Bungalows and Nordic Apartments have a microwave, but none have an oven.
  • Hairdryer and Blender: You can request these at reception.

Can we have a BBQ?

  • All Bungalows have a private barbecue. Only charcoal barbecues are allowed, and charcoal can be purchased at the campsite supermarket.
  • The Nordic Apartments do not have individual barbecues, but there is a communal terrace (for exclusive use by apartment guests) equipped with a barbecue, tables, and benches.

What time do we need to check out? Can we check out later?

  • Check-out time for accommodations and pitches is 12:00 PM.
  • You can check with reception the day before your departure to see if a late check-out is possible, with the corresponding supplement.
  • Note: Although the accommodation or pitch must be vacated at the designated time, you can continue using the campsite facilities until 5:00 PM, always upon request at reception.

Are pets allowed?

  • Pets are allowed in most Bungalows (each bungalow description specifies whether pets are allowed).
  • Pets are not allowed in the Nordic Apartments or hostel rooms.
  • Pets are subject to a supplement. We do not accept breeds classified as dangerous (PPP) or their crossbreeds, according to current regulations.

Can we park the car inside the campsite?

  • All Bungalows have a parking space, except for Natura Bungalows for 2 people and Natura Suite Bungalows for 2 people. These guests can enter and exit with their car for loading/unloading but must park on the public road afterward.
  • Nordic Apartments and hostel rooms do not have parking inside the campsite. Guests must park on the public road and go to reception for check-in.

What time can we check in and check out of the pitches?

  • Check-in for pitches is from 1:00 PM and no later than 9:30 PM during the winter months when it gets dark earlier.
  • Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
  • You can check with reception the day before departure for the possibility of a late check-out, subject to the corresponding supplement.
  • Although the pitch must be vacated, you can continue using the campsite facilities until 5:00 PM, always upon request at reception.

What is the size of the pitches?

  • The campsite is located in an oak forest, so all pitches are different in size and shape.
  • Therefore, we always ask for the measurements of your caravan (including the drawbar), motorhome, van, or tent to assign the most suitable pitch.

Are pets allowed on the pitches?

  • Yes, pets are allowed on the pitches (maximum of 2 pets per pitch).
  • We do not accept breeds classified as dangerous (PPP) or their crossbreeds.
  • Pets are subject to a supplement.
