GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
Terms and Conditions for Accommodation and Plot Reservations (contract conditions):
Reservation and Payment:
- Reservations are personal and non-transferable.
- To confirm a reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total cost (minimum €75) is required, or 50% during the high season. The remaining amount must be paid at check-in or through online check-in. €500 notes are not accepted.
- No discounts or refunds will be given in case of late arrival or early departure before the agreed dates in the reservation contract.
- Càmping els Roures reserves the right to cancel or modify the reservation/contract within 48 hours of making the reservation. In this case, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and if a deposit has been paid, it will be fully refunded.
- The campsite also reserves the right to change the reserved accommodation or plot to an equivalent or superior category at any time.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
- If the client does not notify the campsite in writing about a delayed arrival, the reservation will be automatically canceled, and the accommodation or plot may be resold by the campsite.
- In case of no-show, there will be no discount or refund.
Insurance and Mandatory Documentation (Plots):
- If the caravan uses gas, it is essential to present a copy of the Periodic Inspection Certificate and the current insurance policy
- A Civil Liability Insurance is mandatory for caravans.
Conditions for Monthly Stays (Caravan – Monthly Rate) – Early Departures:
- Early departures must be notified in writing to reserves@elsroures.com at least 60 days in advance.
- If this notice period is not met, the contracted monthly payments for the reservation must still be paid.
Cancellation and Modification Policy:
Low Season Cancellations:
- More than 15 days before the arrival date:
- The amount paid can be refunded, subject to a €10 cancellation fee, or
- The total amount can be kept as credit for a future stay within the next 12 months.
- Between 8 and 15 days before the arrival date:
- 50% of the paid amount can be refunded, or
- The full amount can be kept for use in another stay within one year.
- 7 days or less before the arrival date:
- No refunds will be given, nor can the amount be kept for future bookings.
High Season Cancellations:
(Public holidays, festive periods, Easter, from 20th june until September 11, and Christmas)
- More than 30 days before the arrival date:
- The amount paid can be refunded, subject to a €90 cancellation fee, or
- 100% of the amount can be kept as credit for a future stay within the next 12 months.
- Between 16 and 30 days before the arrival date:
- 50% of the paid amount can be refunded, or
- 90% of the amount can be kept as credit for a new stay within the next 12 months (minimum amount penalty of €90 will apply in this case).
- 15 days or less before the arrival date:
- No refunds will be issued, nor can the amount be kept for future bookings.
Modifications:
- Any modifications must be requested in writing to reserves@elsroures.com at least 15 days before the arrival date.
- If the modification involves higher prices, the difference must be paid. If it results in lower prices, no refund or compensation will be given.
- Any modification will involve a recalculation of the deposit amount.
- Changing dates is considered a new booking and is therefore subject to the current cancellation policy.
- If the stay is not completed, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
- Weather conditions are not valid grounds for cancellation.
Check-In and Check-Out Times:
- Accommodation Check-In: From 4:00 PM. However, during Easter and summer, this time may be extended to 5:00 PM.
- Plot Check-In: From 1:00 PM.
- Check-Out for Accommodations and Plots: By 12:00 PM (by 11:00 AM during Easter, from June 24 to September 15, and Christmas holidays). For alternative options, please consult reception.
Occupancy and Rates:
- For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the maximum number of occupants allowed for the reserved accommodation.
- Babies and children count as individual occupants.
- Children aged 3 and above (even if they share a bed) will be charged an extra person fee.
- The maximum capacity of accommodations cannot be exceeded.
- Rates are based on the number of people staying, and the corresponding rate will be applied accordingly.
- Using a sofa as an additional bed requires an extra fee for all nights of the reservation, regardless of whether bed linen is rented.
Bed Linen Changes in Accommodations:
- Bed Linen change: For stays longer than 8 nights, one bed linen change is included in the price.
- The change will be carried out midway through the stay.
- Any additional linen changes will incur a fee according to the current rate.
Deposit:
- A deposit of €100 (or €150 if a pet is included) may be required.
- This amount will be refunded if the accommodation is left in optimal clean condition and without any damages.
- If damages or insufficient cleaning are detected, the corresponding amount will be charged.

Pet Policy:
- Pets are allowed in plots and only in some bungalows, always with an additional fee.
- PP (Potentially Dangerous) dog breeds or their crossbreeds are not allowed, according to current legislation.
- The maximum allowed weight is 25 kg.
- Pets must be identified, have civil liability insurance, and a valid health certificate.
- Pets must always be on a leash and walked outside the campsite to relieve themselves.
- They cannot be left alone in the accommodation or plot.
- Pets must not disturb other guests.
Facilities and Services:
- Spa-Wellness:
- Access requires an additional fee.
- Prior reservation is required at reception, with a minimum of 2 hours in advance.
- Accessible from 3 years old. Family and adult-only sessions are available.
- Swimming Pool:
- Open from June 21st until September 7th.
- Services/Facilities may be affected during the season due to force majeure, maintenance work, or capacity control. Prices will remain the same regardless of service availability, and no compensation will be provided.
Facility Opening Hours (Bar, Restaurant, Supermarket, Spa-Wellness, Cinema, Game Room, etc.):
- Low Season:
- Facilities are closed during weekdays.
- Open from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.
- High Season(public holidays, festive periods, Easter, Christmas):
- Facilities are open from Monday to Sunday.
- Check with reception for the specific calendar and schedules.
- Spa-Wellness:
- In low season, open on Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings.
- In high season, open every afternoon.
- Schedules may change without prior notice.
- Massage Services:
- To book a massage or physiotherapy service, contact the therapist directly at Tel. 627.064.317 (WhatsApp or phone call).
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations will not be refunded or compensated.
Payment and Security Policy:
- Online transactions are 100% secure thanks to the SSL encryption system
