It is famous for its cured meats such as <em>Bull negre, Bull blanc, longaniza<\/em>, and the renowned <em>fuet <\/em>de Camprodon, as well as the famous Birba cookies. You\u2019ve probably tasted them before! Today, only the church remains to be seen, as the cloister was destroyed in 1460, and by the 17th century, the monastery was in such poor condition that the eight monks and the abbot had to live in private homes. During the 20th century, the monastic buildings were demolished, and the church was restored. The church dates back to the 12th century, featuring a Latin cross floor plan. It has a single nave, covered with a slightly pointed barrel vault, reinforced by transverse arches.
