You can also request it when booking by phone or email).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feeling unwell? Had an accident? Need surgery? Pregnant? No problem&#8230; Once again, our clients can enjoy the peace of mind of purchasing a Cancellation Policy with their reservation (from the <strong>CATALANA OCCIDENT<\/strong> group).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If the client purchases this insurance, they can cancel the reservation up until the day of arrival, and 100% of the amount paid so far will be refunded. It also covers cases where the stay must be interrupted for any of the reasons mentioned in this document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insurance Premium (based on the total reservation amount):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul made<\/strong> and must directly affect the insured person)<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Coverage 1:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Serious illness, serious accident, or death<\/strong>, unexpected call for surgery, <strong>pregnancy complications<\/strong> or spontaneous abortion, or <strong>organ transplant appointment<\/strong> for the insured, their spouse, first and second-degree descendants, or an accompanying person included in the reservation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Medical quarantine<\/strong> affecting the insured.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Covered persons include the insured\u2019s spouse, ascendants, descendants (first and second degree), parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren, in-laws, sons and daughters-in-law, and common-law partners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Serious illness<\/strong>: A health condition diagnosed by a medical professional that requires the patient to be bedridden and to cease all professional or private activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Serious accident<\/strong>: Any bodily injury caused by a sudden, violent, external, and involuntary event that prevents the affected person from traveling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>If the affected person is someone other than the insured, the illness or accident is considered serious if it requires hospitalization or poses a risk of imminent death.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exclusions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Illnesses or accidents occurring <strong>before the insurance policy took effect<\/strong> or related to <strong>pre-existing conditions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellations due to <strong>infectious or epidemic diseases<\/strong>, including <strong>COVID-19<\/strong>, or any restrictions imposed by civil or military authorities related to such diseases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Coverage 2:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Serious damage to the insured\u2019s <strong>primary or secondary residence<\/strong> or <strong>professional premises<\/strong> (e.g., fire, robbery) requiring the insured&#8217;s presence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Coverage 3:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job dismissal<\/strong> of the insured, provided that at the start of the insurance, no verbal or written notice of dismissal had been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Coverage 4:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Official <strong>summoning of the insured<\/strong> as a party or member of a jury, witness in a legal process, or a member of an <strong>electoral board<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Coverage 5:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Acts of piracy<\/strong> (air, land, or sea) preventing the insured from starting or continuing the trip.<br><em>(Excludes terrorist acts).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Coverage 6:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Theft of documentation or luggage<\/strong> preventing the insured from starting or continuing their journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Coverage 7:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vehicle breakdown or accident<\/strong> of the insured\u2019s or their spouse\u2019s vehicle that prevents the start of the trip.<br><em>(Only applicable on the day of arrival at the campsite)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The repair invoice must exceed <strong>\u20ac600<\/strong>, or the repair time must be <strong>over 8 hours<\/strong>, certified by an expert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Coverage 8:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Unexpected summoning of the insured to <strong>sign official documents<\/strong>, known and communicated <strong>after<\/strong> the reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Excess\/Franchise<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A <strong>10% deductible<\/strong> applies to every claim, with a <strong>minimum of \u20ac70<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Additional Conditions<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul
